Design and Construction of the drinking water supply and sewerage system of Masalli city of Azerbaijan. The materials used mainly included the local production, as well as the imported from Turkey. HDPE pipes of diameters starting from 110 mm to 630 mm were used during the construction of water supply transmission and distribution pipelines. For the sewerage system corrugated triplex HDPE pipelines were used and the dimensions ranged between 150 mm and 600 mm. The construction also included overground fire hydrants, valves, house connections, installation of water meters and water meter boxes, sewerage manholes, water reservoirs, waste water pumping stations, reinforced concrete wall along the river for protection of the deep wells used for supply of drinking water to the city and other relevant structures. Total constructed length of the water supply network is approximately 209 km and sewerage network is approximately 208 km Construction works also included the supply and installation of Water Treatment Plant (223.000 PE and 1677 m³/h (40,248 m³/day)) and Waste Water Treatment Plant (PE 37000 and 7.462 m³/day daily dry weather flow and 871 m³/h peak wet weather flow). SCADA system operated control station of WTP and WWTP has been installed and provided to Contractor for start up.

The construction also included overground fire hydrants, valves, house connections, installation of water meters and water meter boxes, sewerage manholes, water reservoirs, water pumping stations, reinforced concrete wall along the river for protection of the deep wells used for supply of drinking water to the city and other relevant structures. Total constructed length of the water supply network is approximately 208 km and sewerage network is approximately 155 km. SCADA system operated control station has been installed for the water transmission line and distribution system.

Design and Construction of the drinking water transmission line from Masalli Vilashchay Water Treatment Plant to Jalilabad city center of Azerbaijan. The materials used mainly included the local production, as well as the imported from Turkey. GRP pipes of 700 mm diameter was used for construction of the transmission line in the length of 28 km and 4 km of HDPE pipes of 500 mm and 630 mm diameter. The construction also included pumping station and balancing reservoir, water reservoir of 500 m3 capacity, SCADA system operated control station, valves and fittings, air and washout valves.

For the sewerage system corrugated triplex HDPE pipelines were used and the dimensions ranged between 200 mm and 800 mm. The construction also included overground fire hydrants, valves, house connections, installation of water meters and water meter boxes, sewerage manholes, water reservoirs, wastewater pumping stations. Total constructed length of the water supply network is approximately 55 km and sewerage network is approximately 48 km.
